Partner with us
As a contracted community-based Registered Nurse, you will partner with an ISP team in developing medical supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who have complex medical needs. Experience the satisfaction of being part of a forward-thinking leadership team that values innovative problem-solving and excellence in every interaction of support we provide.
Your Role
- Assessment to identify client's overall response to current state of health
- Identify reasoned conclusions
- Identify expected outcomes for reasoned conclusions
- Develop a plan of care
- Implement plan of care
- Delegate UAP's on nursing procedures
- Up to 20 hours per month
