Your day to day as a Residential Group Home Manager

As a Residential Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the group home, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for residents with disabilities. Your day-to-day duties will involve coordinating activities that foster personal growth and social engagement while promoting resident independence. You will manage staff schedules, provide training, and guide your team in delivering empathetic, quality care. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain compliance with regulatory standards, conduct regular assessments of clients' needs, and document progress effectively.
