Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client care, ensuring all clients and their pets feel welcomed and well-supported.
- Assist doctors during appointments by providing low-stress patient handling, medical record-keeping, and client education and care.
- Provide patient treatments depending on qualifications/credentials and abilities.
- Clean rooms between appointments and keep clinic clean and maintained at all times.
- Help manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in readying patient prescriptions and supplies.
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth flow of appointments, working closely with the rest of the veterinary team.
- Communicate effectively with the doctors, receptionists, and other technical staff.
- Support and contribute to a positive practice culture and team environment.
Qualifications:
- Veterinary experience is required. A passion for animals and client care is essential.
- Exceptional client care skills with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional low-stress handling and patient care skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
