About the Role :
As a vital member of our leadership team, you'll be more than just a manager – you'll be a strategic partner. This hands-on role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, strong analytical abilities, and a deep desire to make a difference.
What You'll Do :
Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence : Develop and implement strategic plans utilizing technology, oversee daily operations, and administrative staff, streamline processes, manage performance, and lead change initiatives.
People Operations & Culture Champion : Manage the entire employee lifecycle, foster an inclusive work environment, ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration, and develop HR policies and procedures with the support of our HR consultant.
Collaboration & Communication Guru : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and transparently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; 5 years of experience in business management (behavioral health experience preferred).
Experience with Paylocity, Google for Business, and Microsoft Office, and ability to successfully navigate multiple technology systems.
Proven track record of successful team leadership and management.
Solid understanding of HR principles, financial management, and operational best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

Requirements : Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field is preferred.
Proven experience in business management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with operational and financial procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
Proficient in database management, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a demonstrated aptitude for managing various electronics and technology.
Must pass a comprehensive background check and hold a valid Maine Driver’s License.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate varying needs of employees, vendors, tenants, clients, and programs.
