About the Role:
As our Manager of Clinical Programs, you'll be a pivotal leader, providing clinical and administrative oversight for our Outpatient Therapy, DEEP Services, BHH, and SDS programs. We are a small, but growing agency. This position is designed to be an active collaborator in shaping the future of our program and agency. You'll work closely with the Clinical Director, who focuses on program development and growth strategies, while you ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services and the professional development of our clinical supervisors and coordinators?. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, clinical expertise, the ability to understand data for our growth initiatives, and strong leadership to drive our mission forward.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Strategic Clinical Leadership: Oversee the administrative management clinical direction and operational efficiency of Outpatient Therapy, DEEP Services, BHH, and SDS programs.
- Manage and Develop Clinical Supervisors: Directly supervise and mentor clinical supervisors, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure Clinical Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of clinical practice, collaboration with our Clinical Director and Quality Assurance department, ensuring programs align with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Continuous Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and ensure staff performance training aligns with agency standards and continuous learning.
- Implement Clinical Best Practices: Lead group supervision to ensure alignment across programs, and the implementation of innovative clinical interventions and best practices, enhancing the quality of client care.
- Foster a Culture of Respect and Engagement: Promote a positive, supportive, and ethical work environment, embodying AWS's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate and Communicate Effectively: Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Manage Program Operations: Oversee administrative aspects of the programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Support Hiring and Onboarding: Direct the recruitment efforts for each department, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff, ensuring a strong and competent team.

Requirements:- Master's degree in social work or a related field.
- LCSW required.
- CCS license or ability to obtain it within 1 year.
- 3-5 years of management experience in behavioral health.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EHR software, and other agency-utilized computer programs.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule in accordance with employee, client, and programmatic needs.
