Job Summary
Alternatives on Hampton Way and Alternatives East are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join the finest Dispensaries in Sonoma County!

This is an excellent opportunity to work in the dynamic cannabis space, working with cannabis products, and learning about types and uses of the plant in a supportive and interesting retail environment.
The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store functioning. Experience with Treez POS is a huge plus, knowledge of social media outlets for marijuana, retail cannabis experience required.
Base salary described does not include tips which add another approx. $3-5/Hr. Other benefits include samples, etc.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales management and inventory control
- Conduct employee orientation and training development
- Supervise and support staff in daily tasks
- Handle cash and credit transactions and maintain accurate records
- Understand our competitive market
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the retail cannabis environment required
- Strong supervisory and administrative skills, attention to detail
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
