AFCU is seeking a Teller Supervisor join our Member Services Team. Alternatives is a Community Development Financial Institute (CDFI) credit union serving Tompkins and surrounding counties, and is proud to find solutions for those left behind by the mainstream financial institutions. The Teller Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the teller area, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery while supervising, coaching, training, and supporting teller staff. This role supports the development of teller employees to expand their knowledge and skills in new accounts and loans, enabling them to assist members effectively. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Teller Supervisor serves as a mentor, resource, and operational lead, maintaining compliance with regulations and ensuring the teller area operates in alignment with credit union policies and member service standards. Prior credit union and supervisory experience is preferred /
