Alternatives, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Director of Facilities in Raritan, NJ.

Our services include residential, behavior support, support coordination, and recreation. Responsibilities of the Director of Facilities include :
- Oversee construction of improvement projects including, developing clear written job specifications and coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors.
- Supervise and monitor all major maintenance and renovation projects work performed by maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Review and monitor the work order database on a periodic basis to ensure work the work order database is maintained and kept up to date.
- Work with agency personnel to assure adequate repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct periodic inspections / site visits of all agency owned and affiliated properties to identify
repairs, maintenance, improvement / renovation projects.
Qualifications :
Management, Engineering or related field
