Job Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca and Infor LN ERP to join a leading manufacturing automation project. You ll be the go-to technical lead for setting up and optimizing regression and end-to-end test automation, working in a hybrid capacity and collaborating closely with development and QA teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead architecture, mentor a team, and shape testing strategy for a global enterprise client.
Must-Have Skills:
- 15 years in software testing with at least 5 years in automation
- 8 years working with Infor LN ERPin manufacturing environments
- Tosca automation frameworkexpertise
- Hands-on with QTestfor test management
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, SQL, and API testing
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with BAAN ERP
- Knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner
- ISTQB or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with AI-driven test tools or RPA
What You ll Be Doing:
- Architecting automated regression test frameworks (Tosca QTest)
- Leading strategy, governance, and CI/CD integration
- Automating end-to-end test cases across Infor LN (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Managing and mentoring automation engineers
- Driving testing excellence across Agile/DevOps teams
Work Setup:
- Hybrid role: Onsite at Lisle, IL 3x per week is preferred
- Travel: Covered if required
- Local candidates preferred, but strong remote candidates will be considered
Education:
- Bachelor s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master s preferred)
