Position Overview :
Altheda Medical Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations within our healthcare facility. This is accomplished through sound planning, organizing, coordinating and facilitating the activities of an interdisciplinary team within the Altheda Medical Center. This role is critical in ensuring that patient care standards are met, clinical staff are supported, and care is aligned with best practices. The Clinical Nurse Manager will manage a team of all support staff, coordinate patient care, and promote a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient safety, clinical excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise, guide, and mentor support staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants, and Healthcare Admins.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care in compliance with practice protocols and standards by supporting and collaborating with our medical providers.
Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and in-service education for support staff to ensure knowledge of best practices and clinical protocols.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
Act as a liaison between support staff, physicians, providers, administration, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
