We are seeking a Psychiatric Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified) with experience in mental and behavioral health to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated clinician who values collaborative, team-based care and evidence-based psychiatric treatment in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop and execute individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mood or behavioral disorders
- Prescribe and adjust psychiatric medications as appropriate
- Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Stay current with best practices in psychiatric care and participate in ongoing education and training
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) with psychiatric experience
- Active and unrestricted medical license in PA
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Experience in Spravato and TMS therapy preferred
