The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, developing and supporting advanced treatment modalities, and collaborating with a team of medical providers, athletic trainers, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in patient intake, assessment, treatment, and follow-ups for sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and regenerative therapies.
- Prepare and assist with injections, including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), stem-cells and other biologic joint injections and treatments.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, rehabilitation plans, and lifestyle modifications.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
- Support clinical procedures, including ultrasound-guided interventions, laser and red-light therapies, stem wave treatments, minor in-office surgeries, advanced diagnostic and physiologic assessments.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Active MA, LPN, or EMT license in New Mexico.
- Experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, medical spa, urgent care or regenerative medicine preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
