Althoff Home Services is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to enhance their online presence and engage with the community through compelling content. This part-time role involves developing and executing a content calendar, creating visually appealing materials, visit our office and job sites, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site content creation at our offices and customer jobsite locations.
- Collaborate with our team to capture professional photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Professionally shoot and edit content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture office environment aesthetics, team culture, and brand storytelling moments.
- Capture job site photos, client interviews, and before/after stories.
- Capture company philanthropic and community events.
- Deliver final polished content, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
- Provide input on content strategy and identify unique opportunities for creative storytelling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation (photography and videography).
- Ability to content map and plan shoots effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and content trends.
- Proficiency in editing tools/software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
- Must own a professional camera or iPhone with high-quality video/photo capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting company expectations and deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations (local travel required).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with businesses in professional settings (e.g., offices, clinics, agencies).
