Public Adjuster Solicitor

With decades of experience and a deep commitment to our clients' rights, we are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Public Adjuster Solicitor to join us. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and businesses, ensuring they receive the compensation they rightfully deserve.

Strong leads are provided by the company for the solicitor. This 100% commission-based position requires direct solicitation of leads that are both Business to Business and Business to Consumer and provides excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with homeowners and business owners to introduce the benefits of professional public adjuster representation.
• Educate potential clients on the complexities of the insurance claims process and how we can maximize their claim settlement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout the claim process.
• Collaborate with our team of seasoned public adjusters and insurance professionals to advocate for our clients' best interests.
• Stay abreast of changes in insurance laws and regulations to offer accurate and effective advice.

Ideal Candidate:

• A passionate advocate for consumer rights with a keen interest in the insurance industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational and networking abilities, with a track record of building productive relationships.
• A background in insurance, sales, legal, or a related field is advantageous.
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development
