Responsibilities:
- Licensing: Obtain Life and Health insurance licenses in your resident state
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of AO's product portfolio and effectively communicate its value to potential customers
- Collaboration: Daily engagement with your team via virtual office, participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- Ability to work independently and self-manage
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
