Call Center Scheduling Specialist

About us: Altimate Outdoor is a proud provider of the largest national outdoor living brands. Current and recent growth trends require us to bring additional team members on to our afternoon (shift start 10:00 am) and evening (shift start 3:00 pm) shifts that will follow up and help schedule appointments with clients who have made inquiries. Our schedulers do not utilize cold-calling dial sheets... you will warm-dial existing inquiries or current clients.

As a scheduling specialist, you will play an important role interacting with clients: answering basic questions and helping them schedule a convenient time to meet with our consultants to design, customize & get an estimate generated for their projects.

For the right candidate, we will offer an hourly wage PLUS a lucrative, uncapped bonus structure to allow you to maximize your biweekly paycheck. Pay ranges from $17-$24 per hour (including bonuses)... however, top performers can earn far in excess of this. We also offer a full benefits package to our full-time employees.

We have openings on our afternoon and evening shifts for both full-time and part-time that we are looking to fill. Hours and schedule specific details are to be discussed during an interview, but it is critical that the candidate(s) we select are able to work half-shifts on Saturdays. This is not a remote opportunity- it is an in-office position in our Glandorf OH call center.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour plus bonuses

Expected hours: 40 per week for full time
