Must Haves :
- HS Diploma and 6 years or prior relevant experience
- Strong Troubleshooting skills, able to do "fault isolation" and troubleshoot the problem. (Candidates from a electrician / Plumbing / HVAC / Mechanican are usually a good match as they have good troubleshooting skills)
- Accurate typing skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in different tools and windows
- Ability to follow standard procedures.

This innovative position will offer candidates the opportunity to start as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with the expectation for continued growth and progressing into roles of increasing responsibility and technical knowledge to potentially become a Network Operations Specialist (NOS).
