Essential Functions :
Assist the Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) in serving as a point of contact for small business inquiries, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
Work with the procurement team to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities, small business utilization, and vendor performance.
Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information, including contact details, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Assist the procurement team in staying current with federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), to ensure compliance in procurement activities.
Participate in cross-functional teams and initiatives to improve procurement processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve organizational goals.
