We are seeking a Reception Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions as an integral part of our administrative team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Enter appointments into scheduling software
- Quickbooks / data entry
- Filing and other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
