Your Role : As a Home Health Aide, you'll be delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to elderly, convalescent, or disabled individuals, either in their homes or at a care facility. Every day brings a chance to make a difference in someone's life!
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide routine, individualized care to patients, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and respected.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient health status to the care team, helping ensure timely adjustments and proper care.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients to enhance their comfort and well-being.
- Administer specialized care, including medication management and bandage changes, under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
