What You'll Do :
- Provide Compassionate Spiritual Care : Offer direct spiritual support to patients and families, ensuring their emotional and spiritual needs are met during their hospice journey.
- Collaborate with an Expert Team : Work alongside an interdisciplinary team, providing consultation and guidance on spiritual care practices and ensuring holistic support for every individual.
- Lead Meaningful Memorials & Services : Conduct funeral and memorial services, offering families the comfort of closure and remembrance.
- Guide Grief Support : Coordinate a comprehensive bereavement program, offering grief counseling, resources, and ongoing support for families up to 13 months after the loss of their loved one.
- Build Community Connections : Foster relationships with community chaplains, spiritual counselors, and volunteers, expanding our reach and ensuring that all spiritual care needs are met.
