WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Do you love capturing stunning photos and videos? Do you enjoy being out in the field, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced, creative environment? Are you the type of person who takes initiative and gets things done?

If so, this role might be perfect for you!

As a Creative Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our real estate marketing magic—shooting photos and videos, directing on-camera moments, and working directly with real estate agents to bring listings to life. You’ll get to visit a variety of properties, flex your creativity, and make an impact with every shoot.

We’re looking for highly motivated, detail-obsessed, and communicative go-getters who love photography, videography, and a bit of adventure. Plus, we’re a growing company, which means plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and advance your career with us!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Capture high-quality photos, videos, drone shots, and 3D scans of real estate listings
• Upload footage and share any keynotes from shoots with the team
• Find creative solutions on-site to make every property look its best
• Make clients on-site feel comfortable as you are in their homes
• Drive to and from shoots on schedule (being on time is key!)
• Communicate with clients and make their vision a reality
• Keep company equipment in top shape and ready to roll
• Stay organized with scheduling and time-tracking
• Collaborate with the team while also working independently
• Offer creative recommendations and add-ons to clients
• Keep learning and growing through training and development

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• You have strong photography, videography, and drone skills
• You’re a pro at working with clients and delivering top-notch customer service
• You have (or are willing to get) an FAA Part 107 Drone License
• You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (you’ll be driving to shoots)
• Real estate industry experience? Big plus!
• Background in customer service, marketing, or sales? Even better!
• You have a creative mindset and solid problem-solving skills
• You can handle a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
• You’re comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite
• File management and tech-savviness are a bonus!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Full-time, 40 hours/week (with some seasonal flexibility)

Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (occasional weekends)

Work in the field remote tools for home office

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree or relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of professional or freelance creative work

Physical Requirements:

• Moving around different job sites
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive motions with hands and arms (think: holding a camera, adjusting settings, etc.)
• Operating light machinery/equipment
• Standing for extended periods and climbing many stairs
