We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and ensuring a positive experience. Whether it’s answering questions, troubleshooting issues, or resolving concerns, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to roofing services, including scheduling consultations, providing estimates, and explaining services.
• Assist with processing customer orders, changes, and follow-ups.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, offering appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer issues effectively.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Help in organizing and maintaining the customer database, ensuring customer information is up-to-date.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems (prior experience with customer service software is a plus).

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
Pay:
• $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
• Expected hours: no less than 40 per week
• Location: Remote.
