Active Directory Specialist

Duties
- Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Implement and monitor LAN configurations, ensuring efficient routing protocols such as EIGRP are in place.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support Citrix environments and ensure seamless integration with Active Directory services.
- Perform system administration tasks on CentOS and openSUSE platforms to support directory services.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input on directory service requirements for application development.
- Monitor network performance using tools like PRTG to ensure quality of service (QoS) across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, LAN connectivity, and routing protocols as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Active Directory environments.
- Strong knowledge of LAN technologies and routing protocols, specifically EIGRP.
- Experience with system administration on CentOS or openSUSE platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Citrix technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and how they relate to directory services.
- Ability to implement QoS measures to optimize network performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
