Job Description:We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO and MM modules, along with expertise in Ariba solutions. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP implementations and upgrades, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead SAP projects from initiation through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements, translating them into technical specifications for the development team.
- FICO & MM Expertise: Oversee configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP FICO and MM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Ariba Integration: Manage the integration of Ariba solutions with SAP systems, ensuring seamless procurement and invoicing processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on FICO and MM modules.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO, MM, and Ariba. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and influence stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
