- Understanding of SAS tool and access management via AWS Workspaces, SAS Studio transactions and server-related issues.
- Unix knowledge - troubleshoot platform(in general)Unix CLI
- lookup user permissions in storage access, server monitoring.
- SAS Admin Integration with AWS Understanding of AWS cloud to work with infrastructure team for server maintenance activities.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of change management process.
- SAS Application upgrade installation and hotfixes
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle/application support
- Good documentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders.
- SAS Administration and ability to interpret/troubleshoot logs
