Party Host are responsible for welcoming and creating the party experience for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence overall party experience by their interactions that include providing accommodations and offering upgrade recommendations. They go above and beyond to make the Guest of Honor; birthday parents, and all guests feel important. Party Host may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create Sharable Moments : Go above and beyond to make each birthday party the most important event of the year. Create moments Guests will want to capture and share.
- Party Check-in : Meet parents and kids at check in with a smile, let them know all the party details. Establishing a strong rapport with parent of honor and guest of honor is critical to the success of the party.
- Understand the Details and Expectations : Touch base with guest throughout their visit to ensure everything is going as scheduled and everyone is having a great time.
- Host Parties : Use time management and organization skills to host the party or event and keep everything on schedule.
- Cash Management : Ensure party is paid before completion of the event.
- Cleaning : Clean the party room using a post-party cleaning checklist and a nightly cleaning checklist.
