RN - Long Term Care | Baytown, TX
Altius Search Group is an executive recruiting firm with expertise in healthcare recruitment with a specific focus on Senior Care. We are currently working on a search for one of our key clients to find a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with long-term care knowledge and leadership experience. This position will have the opportunity to collaborate, teach, and mentor all levels of staff in our client's long-term care facilities.
5 years nursing experience in long-term care
Active RN license in the state of Texas
Leadership experience or background in education preferred
Ability to travel
Sound knowledge / experience with :
SNF / LTC background in both RCM and DNS positions.
Solid standing in those roles and performance history within the organization(s) you have worked
Comfort and working knowledge with Skilled Nursing Regulations, MDS / RAI process, and PDPM payment requirements
Experience with Survey process and management of the survey process
