We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with knowledge of long-term care and leadership experience for one of our key clients. This position will offer the opportunity to collaborate, teach, and mentor staff at all levels in our client's long-term care facilities. Our client's facilities include Post-Acute Rehab and Assisted Living Facilities, Rehabilitation Services, and Home Health Care.
5 years of nursing experience in long-term careActive RN license in the state of Oregon
Leadership experience or background in education preferred
Sound knowledge/experience with:
SNF/LTC background in both RCM and DNS positions.
Solid standing in those roles and performance history within the organization(s) you have worked
Comfort and working knowledge with Skilled Nursing Regulations, MDS/RAI process, and PDPM payment requirements
Experience with Survey process and management of the survey process
