This role requires a hands-on logistics professional with experience managing air, ocean, and domestic freight operations from start to finish . The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth through upselling logistics solutions .
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle the entire logistics process for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth operations from shipment initiation to final delivery .
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional logistics services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of freight, customs clearance, and warehousing solutions .
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to drive retention.
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, and cost efficiencies to optimize operations.
- If bringing an existing customer base, receive commission incentives for successfully onboarding them.
