Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer contact, managing day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Handle shipments across all modes of transport (air, ocean, and trucking).
- Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain logistics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of multi-modal transport operations (air, ocean, and trucking).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $60,000 - $67,000
