Air & Ocean Project Specialist
We are currently seeking talented and experienced Air & Ocean Project Specialists to join a leading logistics provider in Houston, TX. This role is focused on managing large-scale air and ocean projects, involving specialized cargo, project logistics, and complex supply chains across various industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee end-to-end logistics for complex air and ocean projects, including heavy and oversized cargo, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Client Relationship Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their project needs, and delivering tailored logistics solutions for air and ocean shipments.
- Operational Coordination : Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of air and ocean projects, including transportation, customs clearance, and on-time delivery.
- Risk Management & Compliance : Ensure all project activities comply with local and international laws and regulations, while mitigating potential risks in transportation and handling, specifically for air and ocean cargo.
- Documentation and Reporting : Ensure all documentation for air and ocean shipments is complete and accurate, including customs documentation, export / import permits, and regulatory compliance records.
