Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Key Account Management : Develop and maintain high-value client relationships, optimizing satisfaction and profitability through proactive engagement. Guide teams to meet performance KPIs and build customer loyalty, ensuring strategic alignment with client needs.
Operational Excellence : Foster a culture of efficiency and service quality by streamlining processes, improving operations, and ensuring scalable practices to support growth. Address performance gaps and review operational metrics to achieve consistent service excellence.
Vision and Cultural Alignment
Strategic Planning and Culture Building : Align business unit strategies with corporate objectives and long-term goals. Promote corporate values and cultivate a cohesive, engaged team environment that supports organizational principles.
Talent and Organizational Development
Team Structure and Talent Strategy : Collaborate with HR to design a high-performing organizational structure and implement policies that promote teamwork, engagement, and professional growth. Focus on retaining key talent and preparing future leaders.
Leadership Development and Succession Planning : Support career development for management teams by providing opportunities to enhance leadership skills and capabilities. Prioritize succession planning to ensure seamless transitions in critical roles.
Knowledge and Information Systems
Knowledge Sharing and Systems Development : Create a collaborative atmosphere for continuous learning and innovation. Oversee information systems that enhance service delivery, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred for strategic leadership insight.
Experience :
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding, demonstrating success in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
At least 5 years in senior management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and making strategic decisions. International experience or exposure to multiple markets is highly desirable.
Skills and Expertise :
Advanced knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, customs processes, and supply chain optimization.
Strong business acumen to identify market trends, customer demands, and competitive opportunities.
Proven ability to improve operational processes through technology and data-driven strategies.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills to foster collaboration and accountability.
Language Proficiency :
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional language proficiency, particularly relevant to Asia, is an asset.
