Job Summary:
We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Altius Talent | Freight Forwarding Recruitment. As a key member of our customs brokerage firm, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods through customs clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classify goods using the HTS and determine applicable duties and taxes.
- Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and other government agencies.
- Communicate with importers, carriers, and government agencies to resolve entry-related issues.
- Review and process ISF filings, post-entry adjustments, and customs documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FTZs and assist with FTZ-related entries.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Customs Entry Writing expertise and knowledge of HTS classification.
- Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Lakewood, CA or Boise, ID.
