Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with airlines, international and domestic agents, and branch offices, overseeing carrier invoice approvals and handling pick-ups and deliveries.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer interactions at the file level.
- Open new files and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams for account implementation.
- Update and maintain the Track and Trace proprietary applications.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
- Five years of experience in Import Air Freight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
