Key Responsibilities
Import / Export Management : Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Documentation Handling : Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
Carrier Coordination : Communicate with carriers, vendors, and clients to arrange transportation and address operational issues.
CargoWise Expertise : Utilize CargoWise to manage shipment data, track inventory, generate reports, and optimize platform efficiency.
Compliance : Ensure all shipments comply with international regulations, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Requirements
CargoWise Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CargoWise, including managing import, export, and customs processes.
Freight Forwarding Experience : Minimum of 2 years in air and ocean freight forwarding, with a solid understanding of logistics operations.
