Job Title: SAP Manufacturing Consultant (SAP ME/MII/UI5) Location: Onsite / Remote ( 80% @onsite ) – At SLC Industry: Manufacturing / IT Consulting. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Manufacturing Consultant with 5 years of experience in SAP ME, MII, UI5, and machine integration using SAP PCo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME), Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII), UI5 development, and SAP MEINT, with a strong focus on shop floor integration and automation. Key Responsibilities: SAP ME & MII Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy SAP ME and SAP MII solutions for manufacturing operations. Develop custom MII applications for real-time data visualization and analytics. Optimize manufacturing execution processes using SAP ME workflows. SAP UI5 Development: Develop and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications to improve user experience. Customize and extend SAP MII dashboards for shop floor users. SAP MEINT & PCo Machine Integration: Configure and implement SAP MEINT (Manufacturing Execution Integration & Intelligence) for seamless SAP ERP integration. Integrate shop floor machines and IoT devices with SAP MII using SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo). Troubleshoot and resolve machine-to-SAP integration issues. Solution Design & Technical Consulting: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical expertise on SAP ME, MII, and UI5-based manufacturing solutions. Ensure seamless integration of SAP ME with ERP, SCADA, and shop floor systems. Support & Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP manufacturing solutions. Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption. Required Qualifications: 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ME & SAP MII. 3 years of experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development. 2 years of experience in SAP MEINT for ERP integration. Experience with machine integration using SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor automation. Hands-on experience in SQL, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and web services. Knowledge of SAP ERP integration with SAP ME/MII.
