Now looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us for the season opening in March 2025 at Founder's Grille located on Penn National Golf Course.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Ideal candidate would also be interested in also covering hosting duties as the need arises.
Part-time hours.
Base compensation tips.
Requirements
- Communicates with kitchen staff and servers to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for garnishing, traying, and serving meals in a timely fashion. Ensures all special orders are executed properly before meals are taken from the kitchen.
- Removes dirty plates, utensils, and glassware as needed between courses and at the end of the meal. Replaces utensils as needed for next course.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Filling, labeling, and dating all condiments, etc. needed for service.
- Stocking glassware, plates, silverware as needed.
- Trash removal and clean up at the end of the night.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.
- Taking reservations, organizing seating charts, & seating guests in a timely manner.
- Assisting other service staff with table resets.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
DRESS CODE : A person employed as a busser / host at Founder's Grille is required to wear a company appointed shirt, black pants, and black non-slip shoes. All shirts and pants must be pressed and cleaned with no visible defects. The employee must practice good hygiene and their hair must be off of their shoulders and out of their face at all times. Tattoos may not be visible and excessive jewelry is not permitted.
It is imperative to comply with the dress code designated for this position, not only because you are a representative of this company, but because it is a necessity to maintain a healthful and safe environment.
