Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and be dressed in professional attire ready to start work.
- Check event sheets to understand the day's events and tasks.
- Manage the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, attending to guests' needs and requests promptly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Clear tables between courses and at the end of meals, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Assist with expediting food and beverages as required.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of events.
Requirements:
- 2 years of catering/banquet experience.
- RAMP certification required.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Weekend availability essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
