Altman Management Company, a well-established regional property management company, is seeking a talented, reliable Maintenance Technician for our multi-family apartment communities located in Lindenwold, NJ.
Light electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair must be available for on-call rotation.
Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs.
Snow removal.
