Alto Dental is opening soon, and we’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized receptionist to help us create an exceptional experience for every patient.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Handle billing inquiries and patient accounts
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment
- Support the dental team with administrative needs
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of front desk or medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to better serve our diverse patient community
- Familiarity with dental practice software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
