At Alto Health Care Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in a long-term care facility setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with various medical conditions and needs.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting observations and changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including residents' charts and care plans.
You will be responsible for implementing infection control measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Additionally, you will report any significant changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse or physician promptly.
In this role, you will collaborate with registered nurses (RNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare professionals to develop and revise care plans. You will also attend team meetings and provide input on resident care and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
