Job Description
As Alto’s Finance Systems Administrator, you will collaborate closely with members of the Alto Finance teams and other internal teams to manage and improve our financial systems. Being both strategic and hands-on, the Finance Systems Administrator will position Alto for future growth as well as manage the day-to-day needs of operating our financial systems.

System Administration:
Manage and maintain our core financial systems
Perform regular updates, upgrades, and patches across all applications
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operations
Oversee the setup and configuration of any new modules within our financial system platforms
Integration and Data Management:
Oversee the integration between our various finance applications and other internal and external systems
Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across all financial systems
Develop and maintain data management strategies and procedures
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support for all financial system related issues
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users
Collaborate with other internal teams, external consultants, or external software support teams to resolve complex system issues
Provide User Acceptance Testing support as needed for any system changes or implementation of new modules or applications
Security and Compliance:
Implement and maintain security protocols across the various financial systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and security
Continuous Improvement and Collaboration:
Identify opportunities to enhance functionality and performance of our financial systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
Work collaboratively with both internal teams and any outside consultants to ensure project success
Document any new project requirements, status, and issues
Keep up with new features and functionality of our various financial systems, including any upgrade or patch releases
A Bit About You:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
6 years of experience working with financial systems, specifically cloud-based systems and 4 years in an admin capacity
Strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices
Knowledge of financial processes and reporting
Experience with database management, SQL, and data analysis and reporting tools
Familiarity with API integrations and web services
The ideal candidate will have relevant system administration certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Sage Intacct, Coupa, and Workday a plus

Occasionally ascending or descending stairs, ramps and the like.
Moving about to accomplish tasks and/or moving from one worksite to another.
Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
Operating motor vehicles.
Occasional sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/driving/flying
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: 108,000 - 136,000
Commission Eligible: No
Equity Eligible: Yes
Travel: Yes - Required up to 5% of the time
Location Requirement: Employment at Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Illinois, New York, Kansas, Texas, Maryland, Washington (WA), Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin.
Employment Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. At this time, Alto is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
