What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Alto?
Alto is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives and contribute to Alto’s growth in Texas markets. The ideal candidate is driven and has a bias for action, ready to take charge and become the local expert on all things Dallas and Houston within our marketing team. Your role will be pivotal, generating awareness for Alto in the Dallas and Houston communities, and contributing to multi-channel approaches that enhance awareness, encourage trial, and foster loyalty. Above all, we’re looking for someone creative and scrappy, ready to try new things and do whatever it takes to grow the Alto brand in Texas!
Your responsibilities will encompass the planning and execution of local marketing efforts, including building local partnerships, activating at events, engaging in field marketing, and building relationships with influencers and ambassadors. You'll be tasked with building a strong Alto presence among the events, institutions, and organizations that resonate with our target audience. You’ll contribute to strategic plans for reaching market-level customer acquisition and trip goals.
What you’ll be doing :
Execute local partnerships and events to meet market-level growth objectives.
Create and manage key partnerships with local businesses and organizations (charitable, social, and educational) in alignment with Alto’s goals and objectives.
Serve as Alto's ambassador in Texas markets, staying abreast of local market trends, competitive movements, and any developments that could impact our business.
Develop and manage relationships with influencers and ambassadors that represent and promote the Alto brand.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to measure the success of all initiatives to increase effectiveness and drive scale of the programs.
Qualifications : BA / BS required
Dallas based role
Entry level position, some marketing and / or partnerships experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong creative instincts.
Organized and able to work on multiple projects / tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, strong problem solving skills and a team player.
Basic Excel and budget management capabilities
Deep familiarity with the Dallas and Houston markets.
Valid Driver’s License Required
