Description: This position is responsible for delivering a combination of classroom and on-the-job "field" training. The training will focus on driver education, including left seat-right seat driving sessions, road testing, follow-ups, and ensuring compliance. Key areas of training include, but are not limited to, the safe operation of commercial motor vehicles, the use of forward-facing camera systems, hazardous materials (bulk liquid) transport, and spill-free delivery. The role will also support compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations.

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- CDL Class A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven background in safety, transportation, and compliance, with a focus on commercial motor vehicles preferred
- In-depth understanding of DOT rules and regulations
- Ability to proactively identify training needs and adjust methods to ensure effective learning outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb ladders higher than 10 feet and work from heights when required
