Summary
The Mold Changer will be responsible for changing molds on foam molding machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of 3 – 6 months years relative manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Change molds on foam molding machines in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspect molds for damage or wear and report any issues to management
- Clean and maintain molds to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues to minimize downtime
- Responsible for following plant specified job specification, task list and completion of all requirement paperwork.
- Responsible for conducting him/herself in a safe manner and adhering to all required safety protocols and policies, including lockout/tagout.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Experience in mold changing or strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge or experience in ERP/MRP systems
