Job Summary
">This Parts Counter Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Altorfer CAT! As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts counter and inventory management systems.
">Responsibilities
">- Taking part orders over the phone and servicing walk-in customers
- Looking up part numbers in equipment parts books or online resources
- Loading and unloading freight using a forklift
- Performing other related duties as requested and/or assigned
Requirements
">- Prior experience in parts, inventory, or farm equipment
- Knowledge of Sprayers, Combines, and Tractors
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
- Capability of lifting 75 lbs, climbing ladders and stairs on a daily basis
- Operation of a standard forklift and manual pallet jack in a safe but timely manner
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
