The Member Service Representative position is full time, 40- hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the operating hours of 8 : 30 a.m. and 5 : 30 p.m., and will require some flexibility within these hours, as needed.

Qualifications
Education High School or GED (required)
Experience A background in customer service. Financial experience is a plus but not required. (required)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with members genuinely. (required)
Detail-oriented, professional, and tech-savvy - ready to help members with digital services. (required)
