Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Make a Difference in Someone's Life
As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' independence and daily needs. You'll provide companionship, assist with personal care tasks, and ensure their safety and comfort in their own homes.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
Medication reminders (not administration)
Housekeeping and laundry
Assist with ambulation and transfers
Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor
Companionship and social engagement
Document care provided and adhere to protocols
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
18 years or older
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
CPR/First Aid certification
