Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). If you have a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying up
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Help with mobility and simple exercises
- Offer companionship, including reading and letter-writing
- Assist with bathing and personal care
- Ensure patient safety and report any health concerns to a supervisor
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance required
- Preferred but not required: One year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to follow written instructions and document care provided
